What to include
- App version and device model
- Chain/network (e.g., Ethereum, Taraxa, Bitcoin)
- Exact error text (copy/paste)
- For NFC: phone model + OS version + what card/flow you used
- Transaction hash (if available) and explorer link
Tip: If a dApp fails, mention whether you used WalletConnect, and which wallet mode (software/card).
